These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the HIER Agency website and the way we offer our services. By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

HIER Agency is a digital marketing and web design business based at Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria. Contact: hieragency1@gmail.com.
2. Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, send spam or malicious content through the contact form, or copy the site’s content or design except as these terms allow.
3. Our services
We offer website design and development, ads and marketing, and social media management. The descriptions on this website are general information, not a binding offer. The scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and payment terms for any project are agreed in writing (for example in a proposal, quotation or contract) before work begins. If that written agreement conflicts with these terms, the written agreement applies to that project.
4. Inquiries
Sending us a message or using the contact form does not create a contract or oblige either side to work together. We may decline any inquiry.
5. Client responsibilities
If you become a client, you agree to:
- give us accurate information, content and access we reasonably need, and give approvals and feedback in good time;
- make sure you own or have permission to use the logos, images, text and other materials you give us; and
- make sure your business, products and advertising comply with the law.
6. Third-party platforms
Advertising and social media work depends on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Those platforms set their own rules, review ads, and can restrict or close accounts. We do not control their decisions, pricing or availability, and we are not responsible for them.
7. No guarantee of results
We work to deliver professional, high-quality work. But outcomes such as traffic, leads, sales, reach or return on advertising spend depend on many factors outside our control, so we cannot promise any specific result.
8. Intellectual property
The design, text, graphics, logo and other content of this website belong to HIER Agency or its licensors. You may not reproduce them without our written permission. Ownership and licensing of work we create for a client are set out in the written agreement for that project, and materials you give us remain yours. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we may refer to completed projects in our portfolio.
9. Client names and logos
Names and logos of clients shown on this website belong to their owners. Their appearance shows work we have done and does not imply that the client endorses any other service.
10. Payments
Fees, deposits, due dates and any ad spend are set out in the written agreement for each project. Ad spend paid to platforms is separate from our fees unless the agreement says otherwise.
11. Website provided as is
We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HIER Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or data, or loss caused by third-party platforms or services, arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Liability for services is governed by the written agreement for the project.
13. Links to other websites
We link to third-party sites such as Instagram and Facebook. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
14. Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the “last updated” date above, and your continued use of the website means you accept it.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria, unless a written project agreement says otherwise.
